· Sync issues are usually temporary. In most cases, when you get a sync issue notification, sync works again after waiting a few minutes.

-
For sync to work, you need a working Internet connection.
-
To test whether your connection is working, open a mobile browser and load a website. If the website doesn't load or you can't connect, get help connecting to Wi-Fi or connecting to cellular data.
Look at the NET Icon on the top right of the Application Screen and match with the mentioned below to understand the connection,
Green | Internet is Active(Greater than 8 kbps) |
Red | No Internet Connection (Connectivity Loss) |
Yellow | Poor Network() |
Important Note: The most simplest way to sync the data faster you should increase your mobile internet speed. That is if you are currently using a 2G network then upgrade to a 3G network, if you are using a 3G network then upgrade it to a 4G network. Because faster internet means faster sync and reliable connectivity.
